How to Overcome Fear of Death
Overcoming the fear of death requires knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt there is a perfectly beautiful afterlife waiting for everyone. Being completley free of all doubt plays a vital part in overcoming thanatophobia or the fear of dying and death. My information can help you remove all doubt completely.

Most anxiety and phobias are very closely related to the nearly universal fear of dying. Religion may have answers for some, but altogether so much knowledge is missing, so many very serious questions often remain unanswered by religion and most of the dogma proposed by religion sounds illogical to the average thinking person while traditional science, medicine and education is even worse, because they assume if there is no afterlife for a broken down computer, how can there be one for the brain?
There is No Need to Fear Death Knowing What Awaits You is the Key
The above videos reflect materialistic science's utterly sad and horrific ignorance of the truth of one's spiritual immortality. Life would be a total nightmare without complete knowledge of the magnificent beauty of life after death and everything that one's continuity of love and happiness implies.
To no longer have such a fear would be a great asset because one could start living to the full without constantly being haunted by debilitating fears of dying and death. Understanding what death really is, is a huge part in knowing how to manage fear.
Traditional mainstream science and education never supported the idea of life after death, explaining that all mystical, death bed visions, and near-death experiences are the hallucinations of a dying brain often under the influence of drugs and lack of oxygen. The light at the end of the tunnel was compared to nothing more than the fading dot in the center of a turned off old fashioned TV screen. It is no wonder then that so many fear death!
I am writing this article because I had the worst fears of death ever even while I was still quite young and healthy. I used to get so terrified I could not sleep at night. I felt I would not wake up in the morning and feared there would be absolutely nothing if I passed over, because I unfortunately felt I had to accept or believe in what materialistic science had to say regarding what happens after death, which is oblivion.
The idea of not being a person any more at all frightened me into almost incapacity. It seemed also a terrible injustice, especially for those whose lives were quite miserable and then cut short by some terrible disease, accident, war, famine, homicide, etc. Because I suffered from anxiety disorder too, the fear of death and dying was a huge part of that anxiety and my existence seemed so lonely and meaningless.
Even if somehow I discovered there is some sort of existence after death, or that consciousness does somehow continue, that discovery would only bring up even more urgent questions and other issues, such as what sort of life after death is to be encountered? Will one just float around in a black space for eternity without any body at all? What about some of these terrifying visions of hell that some of the more unfortunate near-death experiencers talked about?
Some of these questions and other speculations terrified me even more than if there was no afterlife at all! Do these wild speculations of hell explain why many centers of worship were often full of mostly gray-haired people while very few in their youth ever attended? Fear of death and gaining some form of salvation of the soul is big business for many religions of the world, especially Christianity. But religions such as Christianity never satisfied me at all because they presented no scientific evidence for the afterlife and one was expected instead to rely solely upon faith without questioning anything.
Nearly all the other religions seemed not much better at providing proof of life after death and more importantly, the actual nature of such an existence. I found myself searching every library for years and years trying to find answers I can rely on, answers I can trust, but every book seemed to present a different idea, and I became very confused as to who was making stuff up or not, or later on I would read a skeptic article debunking what I at first thought had to have been the right answer, leading me back to square one.
It was not until I came across books on the near-death experience did I first find answers that started to make sense while providing me some great comfort and some reassuring conclusions such as remediation for those who were unjustly punished or even worse, killed by others. This justice is applied through the great unity of consciousness that can be experienced in the afterlife as a wonderfully loving white light that will allow one to experience a three-dimensional panoramic life view of all one's emotional effects on all the people they ever came in contact with during the physical life left behind.
Then there is astral travel, which I naturally became most interested in. I studied every book on astral projection I could afford, and found out there had to be something to this method of bringing back information about the afterlife realms. I finally managed a few astral travel experiences on my own and discovered there is indeed multiple layers of natural worlds, park lands, and communities superimposed on our world, but are more subtle, more alive and more energetic. The realms closest to the Earth vibration are the most Earth-like. People would say these higher vibrational landscapes are just dreams, but the dream state is the connection to the astral worlds.
Nevertheless, I had to dig even further, because I felt there was still something missing in my research. If there really is life after death and with so many multitudes of people passed over which must range in the billions by now, have not any souls ever tried to contact our world? If there are entire communities in the afterlife, why would they not by now have developed the technology to communicate with us here on Earth to comfort us with their knowledge and the fact of their survival? It turns out they actually have!
However it is the technology on our side that is really lacking, as something like a quantum computer would have to be constructed first in order to tune in to something as delicate as the thoughts emanating from the souls who have passed over. Therefore, very old methods still had to be used such as the extraction of ectoplasm from the medium in a darkened room and the manifestation of a voice box that can create audible words recorded on tape.
Only a very faw mediums have actually managed to manifest genuine ectosplasm without any sign of fraud or hoaxing even after countless tests and extreme scrutiny. One or two even to this day are continuing to create materializations while producing actual recordings of the souls using ectoplasm. However, like undeveloped film, ectoplasm is extremely light sensitive and can snap back into the medium's body so fast that it could burn and/or seriously injure the medium if suddenly exposed to light.
In the most recent home circles of this century, the spirits are starting to use another substance that no longer uses the ectoplasm so potentially dangerous to the medium. "Energy mediumship" uses a much safer form of subtle energy recently discovered by spirit "chemists" and "scientists" on the other side and no longer harms the medium in any way if exposed by accident to light or static electricity.
I believe the most amazing medium who ever existed was Leslie Flint who lived from 1911 until 1994. His energy (aura) was so powerful, after he fully developed his ability to provide ectoplasm needed for communication, he did not ever have to go into trance and still manifested numerous voices around him whenever he could sit and relax in a darkened room!
Fortunately, Leslie Flint did not want at all to get involved in the rather sensational and dramatic full-materialization mediumship so prevalent in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Instead he very wisely maintained only the minimum necessary energy for communication - the voice box - which requires far less energy than the full materialization of spirits. As a result, countless spirits were able to communicate for nearly an hour at a time all manner of amazing descriptions of the afterlife with no interruption.
At least three-hundred messages have actually been recorded on tape from the 1950's until the early 1990's and uploaded to the internet. Some say there are still thousands more paranormal voice recordings stored in various libraries not yet digitized and uploaded to the Leslie Flint Educational Trust web site. I had to carefully analyze those I could hear over the internet in order to get over the "skeptic factor" which would be the natural reaction of anyone to this most extraordinary phenomenon with any sort of thinking capacity. After all, just the idea of actual disembodied voices of various men, women and children (some being quite famous such as the former Queen Victoria) being recorded on tape had to be the most unbelievable thing imaginable.
Those voices had remarkable characteristics that no ordinary human voice could duplicate, such as speaking for over fifteen minutes without even stopping for a breath while exhibiting great wisdom and understanding. Some spirits were obviously still learning to use the voice box resulting in all sorts of odd effects such as very rapid breathing, constant whispering, and at other times odd changes in pitch or tone that no ordinary person could duplicate.
I remember one recording when the accent changed from American to Scottish in one sentence as another entity took over from where the other had left off. They never coughed or cleared their throats either, yet especially Leslie Flint and occasionally others physically present in the room could often be heard coughing, blowing their nose, etc. while the spirits never exhibited any symptoms of that nature at all.
It was the spirit's compassion, their sense of humor, their incredible and unworldly joy, their wisdom, their absolutely natural manner of speaking, how they conversed with the sitters, how they answered their questions, and their amazingly sharp minds that really convinced me. For now, these amazing voices conveying the message of life eternal are the most convincing evidence one will ever know. The nature of what they spoke about was also quite extraordinary as they tried to describe their world and their way of life. If one could add an extra (timeless) dimension to everything they did and experienced, then that was pretty much what it was like.
Time and distance were the main factors that they seemed to be able to transcend and even see a little ways into the future while having extraordinary access to past events in history and any location on Earth or in the spirit realms they felt vibrationally drawn toward. Time in the afterlife is of no consequence, having no effect whatsoever on their natural and youthful appearance nor on the extraordinarily beautiful realms of nature surrounding their beautifully designed communities, deep green lawns and gardens, blue lakes and rivers, forests of extremely tall flowers, and glistening architecture.
When one passes over, there is really nothing to fear, only much to look forward too. One is often greeted by one's nearest and dearest loved ones, and one could even be greeted by a beloved pet or other such animal one may have dearly loved and cherished during one's lifetime on Earth. For example, according to one of the Leslie Flint paranormal voice recordings, one soul (George Wilmot) who passed over stated that he found himself in a beautiful green pasture and to his immense astonishment was greeted by his beloved horse, Jenny! Then he was guided toward a beautiful old-style French house and some dear friends who lived in that house which was blown to pieces during World War I, had somehow been resurrected in the afterlife.
Another soul, who goes by the name of Edward (Ted) Butler, managed to get run over by a truck on the street. Obviously a terrible way to go, but he could only remember seeing a truck headed right at him and then immediately being outside the body thinking it was someone else who got run over! He remembers walking over to a crowd of people to see what the commotion was all about, and wondered why the body he saw looked exactly like him!
He remembers watching his own funeral and hung around his house for weeks. After some boredom, he started taking free rides up and down the streets on trams and buses until he noticed one day that a lady riding with him was also "dead" and with her help, managed to find his way into a very bright, warm and comfortable astral parlor where she served him tea! He went on to say that the afterlife contains all the beauty and joys of living on Earth, except with none of the irritating things.
Knowing just how wonderful and natural the afterlife really is, fully removed my fear of death. Now I only fear being alive, because on the other side, the grass indeed is greener.
