Prana Foods and the Prana Diet

Having a great deal of experience myself with the breatharian and pranic diets, I am thoroughly convinced that the ability to live completely without food or "inedia" is firmly intrenched in the realm of miracles. If the few who have this rare ability are indeed living entirely on prana, then some form of nourishment must be happening from another source such as prana or quantum energy which is everywhere in nature and throughout the universe.

Some very rare gene may be present in certain lucky individuals allowing for long periods of survival without food, or even water in some extreme cases such as in the amazing case of Prahlad Jani. If the ability to live without food is to acquired by the average person, some "breatharian" teachers say the only way to accomplish such an incredible miracle as "living on light" and not on regular physical nourishment at all would entail a life-long gradual transition over a period of fifteen years or more to gradually lighter and lighter diets, starting with vegetarian, 100% raw food, fruitarian, liquidation, water only, and then purely the vital energy of prana from nature.
However a similar effect can be achieved by the average person through the use of prana foods or some sort of prana diet that consists entirely of food that only increases one's ability to absorb quantum or cosmic energy from nature and the universe. One knows this effect happens when the diet eaten creates an enormous rush of energy in the body, rather like a deep sense of bliss or ecstasy as all the tension in the body dissipates and nothing but a sense of Spirit or space is left over. From here on in, it becomes easier and easier to live without as much food as one used to feel was required.
For your diet to act as a pranic diet, one's body needs to be constantly detoxified with antioxidants and a great deal of high pH mineral content water such as ionized water, Microhydrin (silica hydride), dolomite and a small amount of sea salt must be taken between meals to cleans and rejuvenate the body. This form of "anti-acidic" water works to stop unnecessary food cravings and addictions while filling the cells with vitality and ecstasy. Snacking is to be completely avoided, because that habit creates too many problems with tooth decay, digestion, food addictions, and of course is the obverse of getting pranic nourishment or nourishment from one's natural state of bliss or prana.
The prana food diet itself must consist mainly of a palaeolithic or preagricultural high protein, high fat diet that enables the person to go a long time without food or fast for a long time between every meal. Yes, the diet is high in fat but must not contain any fried fats or oils of any kind. The fats come mainly from nuts and seed, eggs, fish and chicken or turkey. If one can do without the fish and turkey, then all the better, however I found it impossible to go without a certain form of meat, but never red meat. Rarely is it necessary to eat red meat, which is from mammals like us. Eating red meat is form of cannibalism in a sense, which must come from out distant cousins the cows, lamb, swine and buffalo, not to mention the tremendous waste of food needed to raise these creatures while massive quantities of methane is released into the atmosphere causing much of the serious climate change that is presently ravaging our planet.
Nevertheless, if one can fully understand the palaeo diet, how it works to really keep blood sugar more stable, and how it keeps appetite under control at all times, one will fully appreciate its healthy effects. Other foods in this diet include all the raw vegetables, raw fruits and raw juices and some whole grains such as brown rice and raw oats, but of course never any bread, crackers, doughnuts, or pizza, etc. All beverages are to be avoided such as coffee, beer, pasteurized milk, and any form of soda or soft drink which are terribly addicting, and quite acid-forming or acidic, leading to the gradual (life-long) loss of vital minerals from teeth, bones and other parts of the body.
Of course, all junk food, all forms of smoking, and especially drug abuse, etc. is to be immediately eliminated. There is no room of addictions on this regimen, because the correct use of this "prana food" regimen removes all addictions whether they be emotional, psychological or physiological. Even one's need for sexual gratification disappears because of immense bliss, ecstasy and joy that comes to those wise enough to follow and fully understand the whole principle of this very special spiritual diet.
Instead of various common addictions so many in our society are prone to, one is to take herbal teas, adaptogenic herbs, all antioxidants, full-spectrum mineral supplements and special berries such as the goji berry from Asia, the acai berry from the Amazon and the common blueberry and black berries. These berries are very high in naturally occurring antioxidants that help protect eyesight and various parts of brain, nervous system and blood circulation system. The full regimen will infuse the body with massive quantities of electron donor molecules and/or high pH minerals and other substances such as silica hydride to constantly keep all cell destroying free-radicals at bay thereby stopping or even reversing the aging process while filling the mind, body and spirit with an mimes sense of happiness and well-being.
This whole process of pranic food eating is so natural and so common-sense that I am wondering why so few understand this process, especially when combined with the lifestyle of meditation and celibacy. Sexual energy, being so precious and so valuable, should always be conserved and transmuted into deep inner bliss, greater love and affection, and enlightenment. Instead nearly everyone in the world today thinks it is healthy and natural to indulge in the loss of vital sexual fluids all the time.
The adaptogenic herbs I talk about are very helpful in enabling self-control and transmuting this powerful energy into an expanded state of bliss one can constantly live in rather than only for just a few moments of spiritually depleting pleasure every few days or weeks while only adding to the already immense on-going overpopulation environmental disaster throughout the world. It is this extreme lack of wisdom that is causing so many of the absurd problems such as global warming, economic disasters, water shortages and the global energy crisis facing humanity today.
The most vital substance needed for successful pranic nourishment is the ojas which comes from the conservation of extremely vital and essential sexual fluids. The ojas acts as a subtle energy blanket or coating of bliss around the physical cells, especially the nerve cells to improve memory and improve one's finer personality qualities such as virtue, love, patience and kindness while creating a bridge to the higher forms of energy and nourishment such as astral food, and quantum or cosmic energy.
What is extremely important, instead of eating constantly all the time, one can easily fast all day every day for the entire day and generally only need one whole, complete meal a day, as long as it is whole and complete. Not by starving, but by properly feeding the body can one enjoy very long and beautiful fasts and start to experience what the prana diet is really all about.
After nearly thirty-seven years of trial and error, I managed to finally create a wonderful regimen that provided both the benefits of daily cleansing and fasting on alkalized water while eating only very, very whole and complete high-antioxidant meals whenever needed, which was often only once per day, and sometimes only every other day. This diet regimen resulted in incredible states of blissful pranic nourishment, healing and rejuvenation. Even my tooth decay reversed and permanently healed and never needed to see a dentist ever again, at least not since 1975 and now it's 2012!
