The MAD (Modern American Diet) system of eating is undermining the very fabric of civilization. The soils everywhere have been depleted since the 1930's and continue to be depleted of more and more minerals every day, while only three minerals are returned: nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus! Unfortunately these three minerals alone are essential for plants to thrive and vast amounts of crops can grow with huge yields, yet humans and animals need 71 more macro and trace minerals not being supplied by most of the vast amounts of commercially grown food available.
The result of this vast mineral depletion throughout all the soils is widespread vitamin and antioxidant deficiencies because plants cannot create their own minerals nor provide all the vitamins, phytochemicals, and other antioxidants when they are mineral deficient. The civilized diet should consist mainly of organically grown raw nuts and seed, legumes, fish, foul, raw vegetable sauerkraut, pasture-grazed butter, tomato juice, vegetable juice, apples, tangerines, blueberries, blackberries, cod liver oil, turmeric, ginger, kelp, green tea, all 74 colloidal minerals, full-spectrum mineral supplements, all antioxidant and vitamin supplements including 2000-4000 IU vitamin D per day, adaptogenic herbs, etc. Because of the widespread pollution, stress and other ways we have really screwed up, we need to take many more vitamin supplements and herbs than one normally would in an ideal, pristine environment. This is a pre-agriculture (hunt and gather) diet and there are NO fried foods, bread, cereals, coffee, sugar, cheese, red meat, or alcoholic beverages in this diet. However, there are different metabolic types in the human race depending on what background or heritage. Some may need more complex carbohydrates (from whole grains such as rice, millet, rye, wheat, etc.) and less protein and animal fats than other groups of people.
Try to buy only organically grown produce from mineral-rich soil rather than mass-produced commercial food grown on depleted land with chemical fertilizers, toxic pesticide sprays and weed killers. Here is a perfect example of where the consumer needs to be educated and to make the right decisions, because it is the consumer who ultimately determines what will or will not be available in the stores! It is the countless millions and millions of poor choices that feed the tobacco industries, liquor stores, fast food outlets, vast corporate farming, the pharmaceutical giants, GMO's, and other such monsters. If everyone was properly educated, they would bypass all the junk food, avoid all the commercially grown food, all the drugs, all the alcoholic beverages, the cigarets, and all the other health disasters waiting to happen on the shelves, and go for the organic produce, fresh eggs, raw nuts and seed, macro and trace mineral supplements, vitamin and antioxidant supplements, and healthy herbs such as turmeric, ginger, ashwaganda, and kelp.
Not only are most of the soils depleted of vital minerals, there are many other major mistakes being made as well. First of all, the body needs cholesterol. Reducing one's cholesterol intake by reducing or not eating eggs or other foods that contain cholesterol at all does not make sense! All that happens is the body makes new cholesterol from other substances to make up for the cholesterol not taken in. In addition, because so many vital sex and other hormones are made from cholesterol, any actual reduction in cholesterol intake (and even worse would be the use of cholesterol-lowering drugs) would result in increased depression, increased irritability, and reduced sex drive.
What is really needed to prevent heart disease and arteriosclerosis are antioxidants to prevent the cholesterol from oxidizing in the first place and to lower homocysteine levels with plenty of vitamin B6 which has no side effects except more pleasant dreams, better sleep, and better mood.
Another huge mistake is not feeding the cows that give us our dairy products fresh, green grasses which are essential for creating a high GLA and factor X butter essential for both weight control and the prevention of tooth decay respectively.
Cutting out essential fatty acids and saturated fats from various natural sources is another huge mistake. Saturated fats and essential fatty acids including (raw, pasture-grazed) butter, nuts, seed, and cod liver oil, not only provide the main sources of energy for the brain and body, but also essential fat soluble vitamins and nutrients essential for all sorts of physiological needs including healthy teeth, gums, skin and strong bones that never break no matter how much stress they take.
Nature has created an amazing, nearly perfect machine for spirit to work and express through in the physical world, yet it has failed to foresee the incredible depth of stupidity and disconnection from the intentions of nature that industrialized society has fallen into including screwing up the environment, screwing up the food we eat, and all the crazy drugs, fillings, root canals, and other drastic and dangerous surgical procedures invented to try to make up for all these mistakes.
Unfortunately, society cannot be any healthier than the individuals maintaining it. Also, the function of the mind in the physical body depends largely on how well the physical brain functions which in turn depends on the nourishment it recieves. So much mind-power and brain-power gets lost to under-nourishment and addiction that could otherwise be used to solve many of the huge problems occurring in the world today. And anyone out there who can offer real solutions to some real problems are often shunned, disbelieved, or misrepresented and misunderstood by others. One cannot think inside the box of broadly accepted academia to solve most of the problems that confront the world. One needs to go outside the box of conventional scientific thought to really find solutions. For example, if one actually invents a way to communicate to spirits using some kind of telephone, how would mainstream academia, mainstream science, fundamentalist religion and the press react to such a breakthrough?
Another big thing that concerns me, it appears that the average attention span seems to be going down more and more every year, when everyone should be doing all that one can to increase it! Real spirituality, happiness, accomplishment, fulfillment and satisfaction in life is impossible without it! It used to be eleven seconds about ten years ago, now it is about eight. I was shocked and horrified when I found out that the average number of pages most visitors browse of my website before they leave it is only around one and a half pages! Even worse is the average time of two minutes and 14 seconds! I must either have a very boring website or most of my visitors simply are not on the same wavelength. No one can ever find wholeness just from quickly flipping through one and half pages of my website for a little over two minutes! Real knowledge can never be gained just by flipping through a few pages. It must first be fully assimilated, studied for several weeks and finally put into careful practice and adapted to one's individual needs and situation. Another concern is the percent of return vistors. With only an average of 13.16 percent return visitors, very few can expect to benefit from my information.

In regards to wars between various sects or religions, even countries and nations, they do not realize that when they try to kill others, their own eyes stare back at them pleading for his or her life! How the Modern American Diet (MAD) Destroys our Bodies
Something has gone terribly awry with Humankind, mainly in the last two thousand years or so when humans burned far too many bridges between himself and Mother Nature or Gaia. Now more separated than ever from the original, pristine state of wholeness, a much more destructive paradigm of separation from nature and wanton aggression toward it prevails. The recent oil gusher destroying vast quantities of vital marine life for generations to come throughout the Gulf region while non-compos mentis idiots continue to burn down the world's last remaining rain forests at unprecedented rates illustrates this continuing madness quite well.
Unfortunately, even the wisest people are continuing to destroy nature in their own bodies through the modern American or modern day diet (MAD) which is loaded with counter-productive foods and food additives. The MAD diet makes it very difficult even for those sincerely interested in finding and eating only the healthiest foods available, because it seems everywhere one goes, junk food and liquor stores abound at every corner of the block and supermarket. The following is a list of some of the most destructive foods of the MAD diet and how they do their damage:
This material presents alternative dental research. Much of what we have been taught about tooth decay in schools and colleges is either wrong or incomplete. This book is based on my own experiences and how I used the fascinating research presented by Ramiel Nagel and Dr. Weston A. Price to heal my own cavities without ever having to interact with a dentist. Incorrect nutrition is the real cause of tooth decay! You can heal your dental caries with correct nutrition, the avoidance of snacking, the elimination of excessive carbohydrates and sugars, and the regular brushing after every meal with a special tooth remineralization paste. One must permanently eliminate all junk food and commit to a life-long diet similar to a whole foods Palaeolithic or pre-agricultural regimen.
Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc., contains huge amounts of phosphoric acid, carbonic acid and citric acid that dramatically interfere with the absorption of calcium and possibly other minerals too. Unfortunately, nearly all soft drinks contain high concentrations of sugar and often caffeine that disrupt the delicate blood sugar balance and pancreatic function leading to high triglycerides, hypoglycemia, diabetes, circulation problems, etc., while boosting the rate of oxidation (free-radical) damage (aging process) throughout the body.
Commercially available bread contains phytates and disproportionate amount of phosphorous that are notorious for interfering with calcium absorption. Other problems related to commercially available bread is it is usually filled with too much sugar which can severely disrupt one's blood sugar balance. Other food high in phytates and phosphorous also include most other whole grain cereals and beans. Because most of these are considered a natural part of the diet and exist in many natural foods, they are not easy to avoid completely, but we can avoid most of them. Of course, all refined carbohydrates such as white bread, donuts, packaged cereals, cake, and all other such sweet deserts, etc., are even worse.
Coffee which comes from the coffee bean, also contains phytates which can interfere with calcium absorption. If not de-caffinated, high concentrations of caffeine can cause overstimulation, exhaustion, fatigue and addiction. Other problem drinks include chocolate milk (also high in phytates and sugars), soda, beer, liquor, and other alcoholic beverages widely known for all kinds of health and mental problems.
Homogenized, pasteurized milk and cheeses can do more harm than good by causing improper absorption of calcium and fats which often end up being deposited on the arteries causing arterialsclerosis. Sufficient quantities of all vitamins and antioxidants are needed to help protect the body from the damage caused by pasteurized and homogenized dairy products.
Barbecued meats, hotdogs and fried foods are some of the most destructive, cancer-causing elements in the MAD diet. They are, especially when fried in oils, contain some of the most destructive free radicals ever eaten. When oil is fried, it is oxidized rapidly, becomes rancid and therefore extremely toxic and filled with highly reactive free-radicals (molecules missing and electron) that immediately rip apart vital cellular membranes and DNA leading to rapid aging, heart disease and cancer.
How the body compensates with poor mineral assimilation: In order for the body to maintain a constant level of calcium ions in the bloodstream (otherwise one would instantly die of a heart-attack), the parathyroid gland must work overtime to produce much more parathyroid hormone when too many vital minerals such as calcium are missing from the bloodstream which in turn depends on what is being absorbed from the diet. Parathyroid hormone works by removing calcium and other vital minerals from the bones and teeth making them more porous, softer and less dense. Parathyroid hormone works so aggressively that calcium dredged up from bones is often misplaced causing bone spurs, kidney stones, and arteriosclerosis or damage to the sides of the arteries while blocking the small capillaries throughout the body. Sugar also plays a major role in the destruction of the vital circulatory system.
The purpose of this book is to make others aware of the fact that inedia is possible, but not necessarily as a means to become a breatharian "living on light" yourself. The popular idea that breatharians simply "live on air" or even worse, "live on nothing" is misleading. Successful breatharianism which is really quite rare is the result of training the energies of the astral body and cells of the physical body over many, many years (or lifetimes?) to obtain nourishment directly from quantum energy. At the subatomic level, energy can never be used up, and if it is somehow lost, it is immediately replaced by more quantum energy. It may be possible for certain cells in the human body to obtain nourishment from scientifically unknown sources such as astral, spiritual and quantum.
What is there left to eat? It may seem nearly everything eaten has too many negative consequences and there is nothing left over. However, one's diet should be high in raw fruits and vegetables, such as blueberries, blackberries, cherries, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage, lettuce, etc. For an excellent source of protein, eat sardines (contains health rejuvenating nucleotides such as DNA and RNA, choline, and other memory enhancing agents), salmon, chicken, turkey, pumpkin seed (vital for prostate health and hormone production), sunflower seed (high in zinc), almonds (anti cancer), peanuts, pecans, etc. Herbs one should include in one's diet are turmeric, ginger root, kelp (for trace minerals), cayenne pepper (circulation and delivery) ashwaganda (help fight stress and poor libido), and for men: saw palmetto, pygeum, and nettle (all three herbs together help prevent prostate problems). Other great foods to have include: raw oats, hemp milk, bee pollen, aloe vera, and chlorella.
Antioxidants and mineral supplements: Because the MAD diet is nearly always grown or produced above mineral depleted soils, nearly all the vital 72 minerals needed by the healthy human being are missing! This universal mineral depletion of our soils caused by several decades of insane, unsustainable methods of agriculture is one of the most serious global catastrophes of all time! I cannot overemphasize the importance of minerals and getting enough of them into the diet to avoid all sorts of serious health consequences such as fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arteriosclerosis, rheumatism, arthritis, tooth decay, gum disease, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Today, the best way to do this is to take (chew well and/or mix with plenty of natural juices and ionized water) multiple mineral supplements and some of these, such as the dolomite in large quantities.
For example, mineral intake should include:
Amino-Max (by KAL) two tablets daily
Dolomite (by KAL) four teaspoons or up to eight tablets daily
Trace Minerals (by KAL) one daily
72 Colloidal Minerals and Trace Elements such as Energy Boost 70 (by Morningstar Minerals) and Ionic Minerals (by Bio International) take two tablespoons daily with at least ten ounces ionized water.
One should also be taking large quantities of all the antioxidants one can find and reasonably afford to take. Antioxidants come in a huge variety of different forms including vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, niacinamide and other B-complex, selenium (mineral), glutathione peroxidase, alpha lipoic acid, grape-seed extract, beta carotene, lycopene, lutein, hesperidin, rutin, zeaxanthin, and trans-resveratrol. Nearly all the vitamins either are antioxidants or provide vital material for antioxidant activity in the metabolism. The importance of taking enough antioxidants is beyond belief. I cannot list all the benefits and diseases one can prevent or treat with antioxidants. Many antioxidants typically prevent: premature aging, cataracts, retinal problems, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, nerve problems, brain problems, depression, anxiety, etc. One needs to know which antioxidant protects which part of the body before doing any serious treatment of any disorder. Zeaxanthin and Lutein for instance are known to protect parts of the retina of the eyes (especially at the center of vision) and the flexibility and clarity of the lens and cornea.
