Using Nutritional Supplements for WholenessMany of the foods such as the raw fruits, raw vegetables, super foods, antioxidants, dietary supplements, herbs, and ionized water that make up the following regimen can be used as being a part of your personal Key to Wholeness (optimal health) which is updated as much as possible. Natural remedies are becoming more and more accepted in mainstream medicine as an essential part of healing and can be used as vital tools for one's spiritual, mental and physical wholeness. Herbs have been used for thousands of years to cure all sorts of diseases and they have many other uses too. A huge searchable data base of herbal information resources can be found here.
